At LevelUp, we value our relationship with you and place the highest importance on respecting and protecting your privacy. We want you to feel confident when using our products and services, and when entrusting us with your personal, business, and financial information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms outlined below. We may update this policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Personal Information We Collect

When you register for an account, contact us, or use certain parts of our website, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company information
  • Other relevant business details

We maintain strict security standards to prevent unauthorized access to your data. These include:

  • Strong encryption
  • Secure firewalls
  • Server authentication
  • Limited employee access with confidentiality requirements

We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties. We may, however, send you occasional emails about new features, offers, or updates relevant to your use of LevelUp.

2. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal or business information with third parties, except when required by law or when necessary to provide essential services (such as payment processing) — and even then, only with partners who meet our privacy standards.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

To provide better functionality and user experience, LevelUp integrates with certain third-party services. When you choose to connect these services, some of your information may be shared with or accessed by these providers.

Google Calendar Integration

  • If you connect your Google Calendar account, we may request access to your calendar data (such as events, availability, and scheduling information).

  • This information is used solely to enable scheduling and booking features within the application.

  • We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising purposes or share it with unrelated third parties.

  • You can revoke access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account settings: Google Security Settings.

  • We also comply with the Google Calendar Program Policies

Limited Use of Google Data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access and use Google Calendar data to provide the scheduling functionality you request. This data is not shared with others, used for advertising, or accessed by our staff except where necessary for security, compliance with law, or with your explicit consent.

Other third-party tools (such as analytics, communication, or integration services) may also be used to operate and improve our services. Each partner’s use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard methods to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS with 256-bit encryption
  • Regular security audits
  • Compliance with applicable privacy laws

Sensitive data, such as payment details, is transmitted securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Cancellation

If you cancel your account, your data will be retained for 6 months. During this time, you may reactivate your account without losing your information. After 6 months, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

You can export your account data in Excel format at any time while your account is active.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Your Consent

By using our website or services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by contacting you directly (if you have an active account).

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
